Maya is experimenting with the shaping of soundscapes that combine cutting edge digital technologies with low-tech acoustic instruments. Originally a pianist, her work ranges from composing for small and large ensembles, playing with rock, heavy metal, jewiship-hop and polka-punk bands, to improvising in venues and festivals around the world. In 2003 Maya co-founded groundbreaking contemporary vocal group “Giv'ol Choir”.
